GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Virgil Chandler Knowles III and Samantha Jean Batts are being charged with child abuse and child pornography after their home in Vicksburg was raided by the FBI last week.
A complaint filed in federal court alleged Knowles and Batts of sexually abusing two family members under the age of 10.
