Grand Rapids Police say a woman and a one-year-old were shot in southeast Grand Rapids Friday morning.
The incident happened on Wealthy Street SE near Eastern Avenue SE shortly before 6 a.m.
GRPD Chief Eric Winstrom says both individuals sustained gunshot wounds to the leg.
They are both expected to survive.
Officials say they believe the incident was a domestic case.
