A Muskegon Heights public schools employee is facing charges for sexually abusing a minor.
Zolton Vines pleaded not guilty to a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child between the ages of 13 and 16 on Friday.
Vines says the case "is not who I am."
Vines works at Muskegon Heights Public Schools Academy and has been place on administrative leave.
