OLIVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Harbor Humane Society is helping 36 dogs recover after being rescued from an alleged puppy mill in Alabama.
Executive Director Jen Self-Aulgur says the HHS was tipped by the Bissell Pet Foundation, and made the drive down south to retrieve the dogs.
