PR Firm Honors McDonald's Life Saving Effort

Posted November 13th, 2013 @ 8:14am by The Associated Press

Two workers at the Grand Haven McDonald's restaurant have been honored for coming to the aid of a customer suffering a seizure.

Published reports said that restaurant managers Chelsea Winkelman and Jane Hinternish received certificates recently from Michael Zalewski of Seyferth Public Relations for their efforts assisting 49-year-old Timothy Stanton.
They rushed to help the Allendale man, called 911 and assisted him through instructions from the 911 dispatcher.
Stanton's sister-in-law, Sue Stanton, was on hand for the presentation. Her brother-in-law did not attend the ceremony.
