The Forest Hills public schools publicly responds to the lawsuit from the parents of one girl who claims she was sexually attacked at Forest Hills Central.  

In 52 pages of court filings, the school district essentially argues that s the parents' lawsuit overblows the case. 

It said that the school district did everything it was supposed to, as soon as it could, to investigate what it says may not have been a sex assault at all.

WOOD TV reported that Forest Hills' alleged the girl and boy were seen on school surveillance video walking and talking together "withing minutes after".
