New York man admits to making social media threat against Michigan AG

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A New York man has pleaded guilty to threatening Attorney General Dana Nessel.

Kevin Delgado, 40, made the threat in a social media post after Nessel posted a photo of herself and murdered Jewish community leader Samantha Woll.

Delgado will be sentenced in federal court in Detroit on September 22.

Delgado could be ordered to spend the next five years in federal prison.
