BEAVER TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - A man is dead following a house fire yesterday morning in Newaygo County's Beaver Township.
Sheriff's deputies were sent to the residence on 7 Mile Road around 4:25 a.m.
The 69-year-old man died at the scene after being pulled from the structure.
A 69-year-old woman was able to escape without injury.
The cause remains under investigation.
