PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - Kent County Sheriff's deputies and a bystander pulled a 55-year-old Grand Rapids man from a burning vehicle after he reportedly rear-ended another vehicle at high speed on Plainfield Avenue.
The second driver, a 52-year-old woman from Kent City, had minor injuries.
Investigators think speed and alcohol were factors.
The man was sent to a hospital.
