GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies have taken the driver of a stolen vehicle into custody after it crashed into a house in Grand Haven Township.
It was around 9:50 Sunday night in the 13,000 block of Silverbrook Drive at River Haven Boulevard.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found the suspect still inside the vehicle but said that person did not obey police commands right away. After they used less-than-lethal tools, the suspect complied with the commands and was taken into custody.
After being medically cleared at the scene, the suspect was taken to the Ottawa County Jail.
The sheriff's office is not releasing the suspect's name at this time, while it investigates.
