GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A Grand Rapids-area man is looking at 25 years in federal prison for sex trafficking an underage girl.
A federal judge on Wednesday sentenced 39-year-old Terrence Clay.
Prosecutors say Clay met the girl at a park in 2022.
Authorities arrested Clay after he tracked the girl down at a foster home and convinced her to leave.
Clay "has demonstrated no remorse for his actions," assistant prosecutor Jonathan Ross wrote in a sentencing memorandum.
