Bullets hit house near elementary school in GR, but no one hurt

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Grand Rapids Police say gunshots were fired into a house on Griggs Street this morning, not far from Dickinson Elementary School.

Some people were inside the home at the time, but no one was hurt. Police say the house near Madison Avenue was struck multiple times by bullets, around 7:10 a.m. That was before the start of classes at the school, which was not impacted.
