GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Grand Rapids Police are investigating the death of a man who was assaulted Thursday night as a homicide.
They say the Grand Rapids man was brought to a local hospital with life-threatening wounds a little after 8 p.m. Thursday. He later died.
The Kent County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and ruled it a homicide. The man's name and age, and where the assault occurred had not been released at publication timeline, as police said details were limited at that time.
