GRAND HAVEN (WOOD-AM) - Corrections officials say the Muskegon man charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a gas station parking lot near Grand Haven earlier this month should not have been free.
Sixty-year-old Greg DuJardine had been sentenced to life in prison for sexually assaulting an Ottawa County park attendant, but he was paroled in January.
DuJardine was charged last week with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and being a habitual offender.
DuJardine is currently being held on $500,000 bond and, in this case, is expected back in court next month.
