KENTWOOD, Mich. -- You may find some street lights out this afternoon in the Kentwood area, after a car struck a utility pole around 1:45 p.m.
Consumers Energy's Outage Map shows about 85 outages are being reported immediately west of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport, between the M-37 and Patterson Avenue corridors north of 44th Street.
Consumers had estimated that restoration would be done by 7:30 p.m.
Kent County Dispatch Authority confirmed some street lights are out along Patterson Avenue near 44th Street.
