Hope College's "Springs Forward" concert to be held on April 11th

The Hope College Concert Band will perform on Thursday April 11th at 7 PM in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

Admission is free to the public. According to a release, the concert’s “Springs Forward” title reflects the program’s thematic emphasis on movement, momentum and drive. The pieces to be performed range from Abraham’s heroic pursuit to rescue his family members, to the jaunty dances of Shakespeare’s Illyria.

The Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts is located at 221 Columbia Avenue, between Nineth and 10th streets.
