The president of Central Michigan University, Robert Davies, is saying he plans to step down for both personal and professional reasons.
He is set to resign effective December 31st of this year. He was the university's 15th president and was appointed to the position back in September of 2018. According to a release from the university, the Board of Trustees has accepted Davies’ resignation and will now embark on a national search for CMU’s 16th president.
