Retro arcade games and mini golf are coming to the Kent District Library. Tomorrow the Grandville branch will offer games like Frogger and pinball machines, all of which will be free to play. These games and mini golf will be available from 6 PM to 8 PM. On Saturday the games will be available from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Later this month on Friday, Jan. 26 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, the retro arcade games and mini golf will be at the Cascade Township Branch, and the arcade games will again be available the next day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
KDL says this is an attempt to reach people who may not typically visit the library, and to be a better space for all kinds of individuals, not just readers.
