Grand Rapids Police have charged William Kirkland and Tiera Taylor of Grand Rapids with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance after over two pounds of cocaine were found in the trunk of their vehicle.
The bust happened on December 12th after a probable cause affidavit compelled officers to search their vehicle after seeing Kirkland and Taylor drive to Chicago and back to Grand Rapids within an eight-hour period.
This comes after a surge of drugs in the region, following an 81-pound cocaine bust back in October.
