Nonprofit Trashes Dozens of Frozen Meals After Freezer Malfunction

A freezer malfunction has forced a nonprofit to throw away dozens of frozen meals meant for its delivery meal program.

Agewell Services of West Michigan said in a Facebook post yesterday, that all the frozen food had been at room temperature for far too long. and had to be thrown out, canceling meal services intended to be used as emergency meals for those who need it through today.

The nonprofit serves the counties of Muskegon, Oceana and Ottawa.
