A new café is celebrating its grand opening near Holland tomorrow, offering Vietnamese fusion cuisine.
Mary Lou Lam, who owns Up Leaf Cafe with her husband Sonny Lam and sister-in-law Truc Lam, say that they are excited to bring a new healthy option to the Holland Area.
Up Leaf Café, will officially open its doors to the public tomorrow with a celebration from 4 pm to 6 pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony, raffle tickets and also offering samples.
The restaurant offers items like Vietnamese BBQ pork bowls, an Asian Sante Fe rice wrapper rolls and plant-based energy drinks. It also has gluten-free, vegan and low-calorie options, said Lam.
