CALEDONIA, Mich. -- Revolution Farms of Caledonia is voluntarily recalling some lettuce because of possible Listeria bacteria contamination. It was sold under multiple brand names.
On its website, the F-D-A says no illnesses have been reported yet. Here is a link to the webpage with product codes another information.
The recalled products were sold to retailers and food service distributors in Michigan and five other states. They include:
SpartanNash stores, Meijer stores, Bridge St. Market, Kingma’s Market, Fresh Thyme Market Grand Rapids, Fresh Thyme Market Kalamazoo, Horrocks Market Grand Rapids, Doorganics, Cherry Capital Foods, Gordon Food Service, Van Eerden Foodservice, Vine Line Produce, Luna restaurant, Russ’ Commissary, and Pearson Foods Corporation.
The FDA says Revolution Farms is cooperating with the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the investigation.
