WYOMING, Mich. -- Wyoming Public Safety officers responded to a 9-1-1 call around 7:30 this morning and found two men dead in the driveway of a home on Buchanan Avenue.
The location was in the 3000 block, between 28th and 32nd streets.
"When officers arrived, they discovered two males who had been shot and were deceased in the driveway of the residence," Wyoming DPS Capt. Timothy Pols said.
He said police retrieved a weapon from the scene and they do not believe their is a danger to the public.
Whether someone else may have been involved and other details are still being looked into.
"It's too early on to say exactly what happened. The circumstances are still being investigated. There are lots of witnesses. There are people who need to be interviewed and circumstances that need to be reviewed," Pols said.
DPS says 25-year-old Andrew Gil was located inside a vehicle parked in the driveway, and 30-year-old Louis Ruiz was found in the driveway near the car.
Detectives are still investigating.
