Wyoming Public Safety hopes suspect sketch in Coronado killing spurs arrest

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Wyoming Department of Public Safety hopes a sketch of the suspected killer of a 19-year-old bicyclist last fall will help lead to an arrest. Kane Coronado was shot on Indian Mounds Drive (2200 block) south of I-196 on November 1st.

Investigators want to speak to anyone who may have information about the suspect, who was last seen driving an older gray model four-door car with minor body damage.

He was described by a witness as a thin, white man about 30 years of age with a thin, light or gray-colored beard. He was wearing a beany or a stocking cap.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the possible identity of the person depicted in the sketch is asked to contact Detective April Kroschel at 616-257-9747, Detective Mitch Veldman at 616- 530-7347, or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345; 1-866-774-2345; or https://www.silentobserver.org
