WYOMING, Mich. -- Michigan State Police say a 30-year-old Grand Rapids man was killed in a crash on westbound M-6 this morning just west of Burlingame Avenue.
It happened around 7:45 a.m. in the City of Wyoming. Troopers say he lost control of his car and a flatbed wrecker was unable to avoid broadsiding the car. The driver of the car was declared dead at the scene. The driver of the wrecker was not injured.
No names have been released as of time of publication.
Troopers from the Grand Rapids MSP post were asking motorists to avoid the area while the investigation and cleanup continues.
