Three-vehicle crash closes EB I-196 in Hudsonville

UPDATE: The freeway reopened around 11:30 p.m. Friday.

HUDSONVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — A portion of eastbound I-196 is shut down in Hudsonville as authorities respond to a crash.

It happened shortly after 7 p.m. Friday near the exit for 32nd Avenue in Hudsonville, at the 62 mile marker.

Ottawa County Central Dispatch confirms the crash involved three vehicles and one person was injured. That person's condition is unclear.
