GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a vehicle in Grand Rapids Saturday morning.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Plainfield Avenue NE and Elmdale Street NE south of 4 Mile Road NE in the city's north side.
Details are limited but authorities say the pedestrian was a man and was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries that aren't considered to be life-threatening.
Authorities say the driver is cooperating with police during the investigation.
