Former Chicago police officer sentenced to 7 years

Ex-Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke has been sentenced to nearly seven years in prison for the 2014 killing of Laquan McDonald. Van Dyke was convicted in October of second degree murder and aggravated battery.
