PARCHMENT, Mich. (WOOD) — A secret Santa is has delivered an early gift to families in the Parchment School District for the third consecutive year.
An anonymous donor who has grandchildren in the district paid of all remaining lunch debt at every school in the district, a gift totaling nearly $7,200.
