Five remaining U.S. Marines from air collision declared dead

The U.S. Marines announced Monday night that the remaining five missing crew members from a mid-air collision have been declared dead. The collision occurred off the coast of Japan last week between two Marine Corps aircraft during a training exercise.

One marine involved in the crash was rescued on Wednesday, and another found dead prior to the end of the search Monday night. The U.S. Marines announced last week that the incident was under investigation.
