MDP Chair: 'Increased voter turnout good for both parties'

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The November mid-terms produced for more voters than an average mid-term election.

Michigan Democrats were able to win big when it came to governor, attorney general and secretary of state, which Senate Party Chairman Brandon Dillon partially attributes to the large turnout.

He says the numbers were up for both parties, and he believes is a good thing.
