GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Branch County man has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.
Dale Duwayne Otis Jr., 50, faces charges of production and possession of child pornography.
In federal court documents filed Tuesday, authorities allege he took explicit photos of a 3-year-old girl in Branch County in April.
Otis is being held in the Branch County Jail. Federal authorities want him transferred to the custody of the U.S. Marshals so he can attend hearings in federal court in Grand Rapids, the earliest of which is scheduled for Nov. 5.
