GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — A man caught peeping into a women’s restroom stall at a Kent County business will spend decades behind bars.
A judge sentenced Robert Bell between 23 to 60 years in prison for surveilling an unclothed person, his second offense.
The sentencing comes after Bell entered a guilty plea in April. As part of the plea deal, a charge of being a fourth-time habitual offender was dismissed.
