On Tuesday, Amazon held its third annual Prime Day, and the results didn't disappoint. According to the company, yesterday was the biggest day of sales in its history.
The 30-hour event was available in 13 countries, generated a 60% jump in sales from last year, and saw the Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker crowned the most sought-after item worldwide.
