Fifteen thousand books will be given to kids in Kent County thanks to a literacy initiative.
One County, One Book is a state funded project by the Great Start Collaborative of Kent County.
Administrative coordinator Tomarra Richardson says the goal is to get books into the hands of children all across the county.
The program is in its fifth year and will be distributing "The Rainbow Fish/El Pez Arco Iris" a bilingual book by Marcus Pfister.
