A Sparta Township mother is sentenced to time in jail after her 8-month-old son drowned in the bathtub last fall.
Olivia Elizabeth Miller pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to no more than a year in jail.
Miller was the only adult in the home at the time her son, Asher Johnson, drowned.
Officials say she called 911 to report her son drowned on November 22, 2023.
