GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Polls across Michigan are now open for Election Day.

Polling places will remain open until 8 p.m. Absentee ballots must be in your clerk's possession or in a drop box by that same time.

Absentee ballots dropped in the mail today will not make it back to your clerk's office in time and will not be counted.

Presidential candidates have made their final pitches to voters. Vice President Kamala Harris held her final rally in Philadelphia, while former President Trump took part in a rally in Grand Rapids that started at 12:15 a.m.

A final poll in the presidential race shows no clear leader.
