The grand parents of a five-year-old who was accidently shot and killed are facing charges.
Karl and Theresa Robart are charged with a felony violation of Michigan's new safe storage law involving the death of a minor.
They face up to 15 years in prison, if convicted.
The shooting happened on April 1.
Braxton Dykstra was at the home when his six-year-old cousin found a 12-gauge shotgun behind a door in a bedroom they were in.
The cousin says he accidently pulled the trigger while setting the gun down.
