Man to face trial for murder of Muskegon Heights school board member

A judge is ruling a man will face trial after he was accused of killing a Muskegon Heights school board member.

Glenn Anthony Davis is charged with open murder and habitual offender charges.

He is accused of killing Julius Muhammad on December 19.

A judge heard testimony from law enforcement and a getaway driver before making the decision to bind Davis over for trial.
