Drive-bys increase risk of innocent victims; says GRPD chief

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Following the death of 2-year-old Kai Turner, in a result of a drive-by shooting, the chief of the Grand Rapids Police Department is restating his concern of the shootings, and how they put the public in danger.

Chief Eric Winstrom says these incidents have almost happened multiple times this year in Grand Rapids, where homes were nearly hit by gunfire.
