ALBION, Mich. - Reports are coming in that 42-year-old James Elliotte Dodds of Albion was shot and killed by Albion police officer Wednesday night.
The shooting happened at a home on N. Eaton Street, where the Albion Department of Public Safety says there were reports of a man threatening a relative inside the relative's home.
