Battle Creek Police say bones were found during the search for Amber Griffin.
The search began Wednesday after Griffin's boyfriend entered a plea deal that paused his murder trial by promising to show investigators where Griffin's body was buried.
Derek Horton agreed to plead no-contest to second-degree murder if her body was found.
Lt. Joel Case says they uncovered bones at a third location Horton had shown investigators as a possible burial site.
Case says testing will be needed to confirm the identity of the bones.
