United Airlines in ending flights into and out of Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport.
Airport Director Craig Williams says service will stop on January 3.
Williams says the stoppage may not be permanent and the airline is leaving the door open to return.
There is currently no estimate on how many jobs will be affected, however no airport employees will be let go or furloughed.
