Voters in Plainfield Township will decide the future of the Plainfield Township community center on Tuesday.
The township is asking residents to approve a millage to fund building a new 52,000-square-foot community center.
The center would feature a gym, indoor track, meeting spaces, kitchen, spaces for programs and more.
The $23.5 million project would be paid for with a 20-year property tax of 1.9067 mills, which would cost the average homeowner $87 a year.
