JACKSON (WOOD-AM) - Yesterday was a court date for three of the men charged in the plot to kidnap the governor.
Paul Bellar, Joseph Morrison and Pete Musico are charged with gang membership, providing material to a terrorist organization and weapons-related felonies. Musico and Morrison face additional charges for threats of terrorism.
Federal prosecutors yesterday accused the men of training in so-called "kill houses," designed to help them enter a building and locate their target.
Their preliminary hearing is expected to continue today in Jackson County.
