Muskegon County authorities are dropping charges against a woman who is accused of harboring her husband while he was wanted for murder in Texas.
Ginell McDonough was charged with a felony count of harboring a felon and pleaded guilty in February.
She cooperated with authorities and will testify against her husband Cedric Marks.
He is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her friend in 2019.
The bodies of Jenna Scott and Michael Swearingin were found in a shallow grave in Oklahoma.
