MI Supreme Court rules cities and townships can regulate medical marijuana

Cities and Townships can now zone medical marijuana operations in a new ruling from the Michigan Supreme Court.

The lawsuit started back in 2016 when caregiver Christie DeRuiter was growing marijuana in a warehouse in Byron Township.
