No bond for 3 men charged with aiding ISIS

Grand Rapids- Three Lansing men who are accused of conspiring to provide material support to ISIS have been denied bond.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Phillip Green ordered the men to jail saying they were willing to die for the organization. However, defense lawyers say there was talk but no action taken. Green made his decision using social media posts and privates messages from the men.

On Jan. 21, the men were arrested at Gerald R. Ford International Airport as 20-year-old Muse Muse was attempting to fly to Somalia to join the Islamic State group. Mojamud Muse and Mohamed Haji were also charged.
