Boss impostors wanted in Kent Co. arrested in Florida

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A couple wanted for stealing multiple vehicles and swindling money from gas station clerks in Kent County have been arrested in Florida.

Tauna Parfait and Bradley Johnson, both 33, were arrested around 5 p.m. Saturday in Jupiter, Florida. 

Police in Jupiter spotted the couple driving a Toyota Avalon, which was stolen in Kent County on Dec. 15. The couple was taken into custody after crashing during a police chase, according to a Kent County Sheriff's Office news release. 

Johnson is being held at the Palm Beach County Correctional Facility on several charges, including aggravated battery against an officer, vehicle theft, fleeing and eluding police and leaving the scene of a crash causing property damage.
