Pedestrian hit by vehicle in Plainfield Twp; driver sought

PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities are searching for the driver who hit a pedestrian then drove off Saturday.

Kent County dispatchers told 24 Hour News 8 a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Sandwood Street NE and Northland Drive NE around 9 p.m. in Plainfield Township.

The pedestrian received non-life-threatening injuries, dispatchers said.
